Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) – IFTIIN STUDIO

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between IFTIIN STUDIO and any person wishing to make a purchase through the website www.iftiinstudio.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

1. Products

The jewelry offered are original creations, handcrafted in bronze in our workshop in Senegal.
As each piece is made by hand, slight variations may occur from one model to another.

2. Orders

Orders are placed via the website.
By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
IFTIIN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the customer.

3. Availability

IFTIIN jewelry is offered in limited quantities.

When a product is in stock, shipping takes place within 2 to 4 business days after the order is placed.

If the product is out of stock, the order automatically becomes a pre-order.
In this case, the jewelry is handcrafted on demand, with a production time of 2 to 3 weeks before shipping.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on order volume or exceptional circumstances. The customer will be notified by email in case of delay.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, tax included.
Shipping fees are added at checkout.
IFTIIN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) or PayPal.
An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been validated.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped from France.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • France: 2 to 5 business days after shipping

  • International: 4 to 12 business days

IFTIIN cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Returns and Claims

In accordance with our returns policy, made-to-order items are neither returned nor exchanged, except in the case of a defect.
Any claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All IFTIIN creations, texts, visuals, and logos are protected under intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

9. Personal Data

IFTIIN is committed to respecting the confidentiality of customer data.
Information collected is used solely for order processing.

10. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
