Returns Policy – IFTIIN

At IFTIIN, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted in small batches in our partner workshop in Senegal. Our creations are made with care, sometimes made to order, to ensure responsible production and respect for our artisanal savoir-faire.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or made-to-order pieces.

Returns Accepted in Specific Cases

If you notice a manufacturing defect or an issue that occurred during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: info@iftiinstudio.com, with the following:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • supporting photos

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

Returns Not Accepted

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order items

  • Jewelry that has been worn or damaged after delivery

  • Orders placed more than 7 days ago

  • Subjective reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)

Condition of the Product

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be:

  • unworn

  • in its original packaging

  • in perfect condition
